actually i used ur first suggestion

disabled IRQ 10

now they are seperated, but i still can't seem to figure out how to
initialize
eth1

i think i might be trying to load module on top of module
loading eth0 instead of eth1
how is this done effectively?

none that I´m aware of, hey, they´re pci-cards ;-)

have you tried the set-the-gfx-card-in-between workaround?
