Doh, I think I have solved it. I have took out all three DIMMs and cleaned their connections... I think they where dirty. BTW, my 20 GB drive is Fujitsu and my 1,7 GB and 500 Mb drives are both Seagate. And, when everything of this happened, I didn't had DMA enabled for the old drives, which is disabled by default on them and activated in the 20 GB drive.
