I installed 2.1 then used dselect to install apps from 2.2 Potato disk 1 and 2. I have at least 9 dependency problems and return status 1 errors after install, configure, and remove.
I suspect it's a kernel thing but I have never recompiled a kernel. Should I just re-install the system with the 2.2 disks or should I keep struggleing with it.
