It sure does. Run 'dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86' to reconfigure X to support it. You need the 'nv' driver. I've currently wading through getting my Microsoft Natural keyboard recognized, and likewise for my two mice (Microsoft PS/2 IntelliMouse and Logitech Optical Mouse).
