Hi, today I checked for some useful panel-applets for my GNOME desktop. I tried to compile zclock -- worked after some package installation. But I find no way to add them to the Panel-Menu (Panel->Add to Panel->Clocks).
How do I make the gnome-panel notice the new applet under /usr/local/? I could not find an useful documentation hint. Starting from shell works. But after restarting my gnome-session it disappeares. -- + mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] + http://www.tu-ilmenau.de/~bond/
