Yes, I am attending, and quite looking forward to it. I did notice many Linux oriented talks specifically mention Redhat in their descriptions, but it didn't strike me as being a big issue. Aside from installation and package management, they're not hugely different anyway. If there are other Debian folks attending, I think it would be really cool to organize a Debian BOF session if there hasn't already been discussion of such.
