Actually, there is. But I'm not telling you where. 8^) The development process will be opened up after 21.1 is released, but the focus right now is getting the version out, so they're sticking with the old model. It would make sense for Rob Browning to be on the pretest list, if he's not already and he wants to package emacs21. I know [EMAIL PROTECTED] is on for a similar reason.
