Sorry to say, but there is no 'task-kde' package for unstable. I argued a little bit with someone in IRC about there the 'task-*' stuff not being intended for use on 'unstable'. Maybe some of them do work.. but I don't think they are for unstable really. You have to install the seperate kde packages... here's some of mine in case you want to see what some of them are.
