inetd should be running. If you wish to disable innd and if it's started by inetd, edit /etc/inetd.conf and comment out the appropriate line. inetd is the general daemon that answers connections for a variety of services. Usually you want it running. - -- / Peter Schuller, InfiDyne Technologies HB PGP userID: 0x5584BD98 or 'Peter Schuller <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>' Key retrival: Send an E-Mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] E-Mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Web: http://www.scode.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.4 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE65K4NDNor2+l1i30RAmGtAJwMokSaJ4VfWIxMWlID6KfY0FDIFQCgxWsJ eCCIVZUf2fLEk06jiqR8RoQ= =76/5 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
