A message from kdm was displayed at the graphical-prompt. Login impossible or refused or something like that. Neither users nor root could login. I could not switch to a text-konsole. I logged in remotely, apt-get removed kdm, rebooted and returned to wdm. I do not know whether I'll use kde for long or whether I will return to wmaker, blackbox or maybe gnome.
