Duh ... after a bit more thought I installed the kernel-doc package and it is there, as /usr/share/doc/kernel-doc-2.4.6/Documentation/Changes.gz FYI it says --- The latest revision of this document, in various formats, can always be found at <http://cyberbuzz.gatech.edu/kaboom/linux/Changes-2.4/>. --- Thanks for the pointer in the right direction.
