I don't know whether it's of interest for you, but i'm running an Intel 82257 network adapter here with the eepro100 driver. I don't have any parameters about IRQ, DMA or similar attached to the module. I just load the eepro100 module and it works together with the other network drivers here (tlan and 3c59x because i have 3 network adapters here). All the network cards share the IRQ 11.
