Thanks. I uncommented czech in /etc/texmf/language.dat, run fmtutil --all. But in order to get loaded /usr/share/texmf/tex/csplain/czech.sty I had to remove /usr/share/texmf/tex/generic/babel/czech.sty . After that it works. Is it right to remove babel/czech.sty? Shouldn't have been done by installing cslatex or csplain? Jana
