Hi there,
I'm having some problems trying to have sound working on some
machines which have the via89xxx chipset. When using kernel 2.2.x, mpg123, for
example, will play a mp3 file at a higher rate than the normal, i.e., it will
sound "faster". When using kernel 2.4.x, it won't even play the file,
complaining about "not finding any supported rates". Does anyone have some
experience with this chipset?
