i have seen articles pertaining to Sendmail with a dynamic ip. i'm quite new to sendmail, but i am certainly willing to read about it. neither my current host or isp provides me with an smtp address, so i want to make my own.
my questions are: 1) can i use sendmail as an smtp server which i could access from anywhere (not just my lan)? 2) could it be configured to send email for my domain name, even if the domain was not hosted on my lan? thank you for your assistance // timothy
