GS/GV problem...

I cannot read any PostScript files. Whenever I try to load a document 
into gv I get an error from GhostScript:

Error: /invalidfont in findfont
<etc>
I'm running unstable, with GNU GhostScript 6.51. Any help in getting 
this to work would be appreciated.
