I think you might find the information at http://www.rumble.net/abit-kg7-raid.html useful, all I would add to that is you can boot from the cd and check /proc/pci to get memory addresses which you then add to the first install prompt on your actual install, of the form of:

linux ide2=0xdc00,0xe000 ide3=0xe400,0xe800

(depending on the number of drives etc.).
I'm by no means an expert on these matters, but you could let me know if you run into problems with it.
