Mine's a bit more to the point:

    # Microsoft tnef docs: treat as spam
    :0h
    * -1^0
    * 1^0 ^X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook
    * 1^0 ^Content-Type: application/ms-tnef
    {
        :0
        | ricochet
    }

Ricochet: http://vipul.net/ricochet/ Automated spam responder, parses
headers for ISP, relays, etc.

While it's got problems with true spam due to header spoofing, it should
do a nice job with the MSEX crap.

Peace.
