No hdparm does not work for it. Issuing command to spin down after 3 minutes gives the following: /dev/sda: setting standby to 36 (3 minutes) HDIO_DRIVE_CMD(setidle1) failed: Invalid argument I had also tried sdparm earlier which didn't help either! /KS -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
