i have downloaded the NIC source of the IP100 from http://www.icplus.com.tw/html/driver-main-IP100A.html
but i cann't complie it , i downloaded the kernel-source and change the Kernelbuilddir to /usr/src/kernel-2.6.8-2
it seems that it cann't work.
is there someboy can give the complied driver to me.
