Not on mine. I have two 7200.8 300gig drives. md1 is raid1: /dev/sdc: Timing buffered disk reads: 184 MB in 3.02 seconds = 61.00 MB/sec HDIO_DRIVE_CMD(null) (wait for flush complete) failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device /dev/sdd: Timing buffered disk reads: 184 MB in 3.00 seconds = 61.28 MB/sec HDIO_DRIVE_CMD(null) (wait for flush complete) failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device /dev/md1: Timing buffered disk reads: 210 MB in 3.01 seconds = 69.71 MB/sec It may be reading high on the single disk throughput, though, since flush isn't working. -- Tom Vier <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> DSA Key ID 0x15741ECE -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
