There seems to be no GUI for it atm, but you can fire up gconf-editor (of use gconftool from the CLI) and add a new key /apps/galeon/handler/programs/mailer of type string with value 'evolution "%s"' -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
