In the help for gnome, under: 10.2 Where to Find Preference Tools
It says that to find the File types and programs preference tool, look under: Applications → Desktop Preferences → Advanced → File types and programs But on Sarge, with the capplets package installed (which says that it contains the file types and programs capplet), no such capplet shows up. I checked the package list, and it does NOT appear to actually contain this capplet. Anybody have any hints, suggestions or instructions on how to fix this problem? Thanks, John S.
