I still haven't found an answer. dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg does not find the external VGA, even when I turn on the projector when running dpkg-reconfigure. I compared the conf-files from XFree86 and xorg, but there where no differences. But with Sarge and Xfree86 the external VGA mirroed the built in LCD -- now with Etch and xorg there is no output on the external VGA. In both Sarge and Etch I was using gdm. Does gdm control the output to the external VGA? Severino -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
