I have upgraded from stable to testing (with maybe a couple of packages
from unstable) mainly resulting from a wish to install KSlovar.
However, now when I try to add or remove keymaps in "Keyboard
Preferences - Layout" I get error messages saying "Failed to load image
file-manager", "Details: Icon not found". The CPU usage goes high and
icons all over the desktop are lost, even the colour of title bars and
the outline of applications changes - sometimes until I log in again.
The GBr icon still shows in the main tray/panel but will not allow
switching of keyboards.
Any ideas?
