Alejandro, The normal SNMP string used for gathering data from a network device is just "public" with no quotes. This is the default and is used to merely "read" the data, so there should be no security risks, so your ISP probably left this in. You might also need the MIB's for the particular device your wishing to monitor. Doing an Internet search for MIB's under the device name should get you what you need. Respectfully,
