SCIM On Debian sid

Hey,

Before I can see a small SCIM bar on my task panel. But now I could not see it any more and I try to open it from console but it tells me it is runing. I tried Ctrl+Space but it does not trigger the chinese input. Can any of you tell me how to actually bring SCIM up please?
