apt-get on fedora

Hi,
( Is is a good place to ask this question ???)
I want to use apt-get on fedora ( 4 or 5) , the doc is not clear enough how to fill the sources.list file. the repository is locale on CD or HD
the equivalent of deb file:///site type directories of debian

suppose I copy the full CD on the HD /opt/, someone can give me the ligne to ut in the sources.list
