Make sure you have the "debian-archive-keyring" package installed. Check
if the output of "apt-key list" contains the keys for all the archives
that you use in your sources.list. Add missing keys with "apt-key add".

(Apt has its trusted keys in /etc/apt/trusted.gpg. I am not sure if it
 automatically trusts the keys from root's public key ring.)
