The fdisk "verify" complains that partitions 5 and 6 overlap. How would I (and
how safe would it be to) change the /dev/hdc6 end to 46503 (and possibly the
hdc9 end to 60454) ??
I need to move stuff around to make room in hdc1 so I need to canonize this
disk somehow :-) There have been no data errors.
If partitions 5 and 6 are overlapping, then your problem is not with the
ending cylinder of /dev/hdc6, but with the end of /dev/hdc5. As for how
to correct this, or the safety of doing so, you will have to wait for
someone more knowledgable that I am.
