This was mentioned on this list in the past, but try zsync with the
netinstall:
zsync
http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/daily-builds/daily/arch-latest/i386/iso-cd/debian-testing-i386-netinst.i
so.zsync
That does a verification of the md5sum for you.
