Actually, there are a lot of government programs that work against the
little guy. Most do it by requiring paperwork that the little guy just
doesn't have the time, nor financial resources, to complete. The
regulations that come with all the business subsidies don't hurt the big
guys because they already have people in place to do the paperwork. The
added overhead either keeps the little out of it altogether or runs him
out of business simply because he can't afford it.
Socialism sucks on so many levels it just isn't funny.
