I send a bug report (see:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=428731) and within minutes I
got a work around!
What one has to do (as 'root') is:
# cd /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers
# gcc -shared -o nvidia_drv.so nvidia_drv.o
Then you can install 'nvidia' in xorg.conf and restart X. It really works!!
