Exactly what crack are you taking. 10Mbit Enet UTP uses 4 wires. Oranges and Greens (using the 568-B wiring Standard) Funny 100Mbit Enet UTP uses 4 wires. Oranges and Greens (using the 568-B wiring Standard) Now 1000Mbit Enet UTP use 8 wires. Orange,Blues Greens,Browns (again using the 568-B wiring Standard).
