Ron, that is obvious! So he can run his game UNDER his console and his
boss will not "see" it! Geeze!
Try it, open a term in gnome or xfce, set it to transparent. You can
see the "desktop" through the term, but NOT the applications running
under it. Full screen it (F11) and the game is instantly hid, better
then ctrl-alt-f2.
