Your system has a raid5 array configured as /dev/md0 containing disks
sda, sdb, and sdc.  Your sdb disk has failed.  This is pretty
explicitly stated in the error message:

"A Fail event had been detected on md device /dev/md0.

It could be related to component device /dev/sdb1."
