Could you send the output of lsmod please.
Yes usb host controllers are there. E.g., I can plug in my SD card and read it. Also: $ /sbin/lsmod | grep hci ehci_hcd 30220 0 uhci_hcd 20880 0 usbcore 113744 6 usb_storage,libusual,usblp,ehci_hcd,uhci_hcd > Also the output of lsusb would be usefull, just to see if Lenny can see > the printer. Yes, it is listed: $ lsusb | grep Epson Bus 002 Device 003: ID 04b8:080c Seiko Epson Corp. ME100 > Another thought. Is the printer plugged into an unpowered USB hub. I > have had problems with those. If so plug the printer directly into a USB > port on the machine Thanks. It's been working fine, and even with my old Lenny in another partition. So it is a pure software (configuration) issue. -- Tong (remove underscore(s) to reply) http://xpt.sourceforge.net/techdocs/ http://xpt.sourceforge.net/tools/ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
