Cronjob, every four hours or so gets the current IP of the domain. Then,
in iptables, do something like
iptables -arg rule -ip $(cat /file/you/stored/ip/in)
Note: this is an ugly workaround, so if you need to do this for more
than one domain you may want to find another method.
