I'd use <http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/archive/4.0_r8/multi-arch/bt- dvd/debian-40r8-i386-amd64-powerpc-source-DVD-1.iso.torrent>. But, you can start <http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/archive/4.0_r8/> and choose your own path from there.
