Since updating Squeeze yesterday evening, LXDE has these features.
* Approximately the rightmost 1/3 of the display is inaccessable
to the mouse pointer.
* Panel icons get no response.
* The desktop menu is absent.
* The icon for the terminal emulator is absent from the toolbar panel.
I read the notices which turned up during the update but must have
missed something.
Thankfully, VNC still works.
