What I can't figure out how to do is how to get a script to run after
resume. I've looked at the hibernate system but it appear overly
complex for what I want and besides, I have a bash allergy ;-)
Check out the pm-utils package. I consider those tools the catch-all for
suspend setup, complete with blanket commands for use regardless of the
underlying tool (like s2disk).
Thanks again for that tip. Gave it a try today, does everything I want
the way I want it to; being able to specify my own "wedges" is perfect
for me.
Still need to get the "user" ACPI working so that I can make use of lid
switch/power switch events, but that can wait until I have more time.
Cheers
