Hi,

  Background here:

  https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=52072

Essentially, I had two copies of TAP::Harness installed -- one from CPAN
and one from the "libtest-harness-perl" package.

  Debian's went to /usr/share/perl5 -- CPAN's went to
/usr/share/perl/5.10.0.

This is the @INC for perl (i'm on lenny):

  @INC:
    /etc/perl
    /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.0
    /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0
    /usr/lib/perl5
    /usr/share/perl5
    /usr/lib/perl/5.10
    /usr/share/perl/5.10
    /usr/local/lib/site_perl
    .

I'm guessing that this is wrong. But who is wrong? Is it the built perl,
or is it the configuration that comes with CPAN?

  Thanks,
        Tyler
