unable to connect to Debian BTS

The last few days, when using reportbug, I get (from two machines, on two different networks):

Querying Debian BTS for reports on linux-2.6 (source)...
Unable to connect to Debian BTS; continue [y|N|?]?

except some very rare cases.

Anybody else having the same problem?
