OK, that's the default. We have established elsewhere that the host is
contactable from the guest as 10.0.2.2.

Me neither, but I would place more trust in the file than the web
interface.

The file /etc/cups/cupsd.conf on the host will tell you on which
interfaces the daemon is listening.
