What's the matter, does Google hurt? Look here: http://wiki.debian.org/Xorg By default Debian doesn't have a xorg.conf. But you can create one if you like. Better do it automatically the way it's described on the wiki I suppose. It will create a file /etc/X11/xorg.conf.
