You meant "alacarte", right? :-) There is a section on LXDE wiki for customizing the menu: http://wiki.lxde.org/en/LXDE:Questions#LXPanel Is not the same like having an application such "alacarte" (which, by the way, it seems you can also use it for that purpose) but in the end, the results are the same.
