i am trying fix the bug

ipplan .I installed the missing package ( libphp-phplayersmenu
which
was mentioned in the bug),After that i had installed ipplan.At the time
of installation a blue window appeared and prompted for DATABASE NAME
,ADMIN username,ADMIN password,(DATABASE)username,password.Tillnow
everything was ok and i thought that installation was successful but i
got a WARNING:

i do not understand this warning,Any one who used ipplan before,can you
please see above warning once?
