I can't find the bug today, although I did last night, but there is indeed one in wheezy in the sense that you must add the '--no-auto-detect' flag to add a pen drive to the sources list (as that other man has already pointed out to the satisfaction of everyone). >From what I read last night this is not the case in jessie.
