i have a ~/.menu directory. the file created is
~/.sawfish/lisp/debian-menu.jl. i assume that the menu is still where
expected, because the popup-apps-menu keybinding still works. but the
main menu doesn't seem to reference it anymore.
the file /etc/X11/sawfish/site-init.d/00menu.jl looks like it should
cause the debian menu to be included...
