What about the management software?
I don't use any management software special to this adapter. the adapter
treats my disks as JBOD. on top of that I made a software raid (mdadm),
encryption layer (cryptsetup) and then locigal volumes for my data
(pvcreate -> vgcreate -> lvcreate).
